Happy New Year 2024!!!

 We claim intentional God driven purposes in 2024......

sooooo,  a lot happened the end of 2023:  lots of traveling and then lots of sickness and death in my family but God is still on the throne.  In the midst of speaking with family members questions arose and I thought it would be a great way in getting my feet wet back in blogging....

these are questions that seem to come from a person who is seeking or considering a life with Jesus.  

1.  Are Jewish Christians?   WOW .... great question:  YES and NO

I say Yes, because Christianity comes from the Hebrew Faith (Genesis 14:13) that Jewish people believe, however just like there are different types of Christians there are different types of Jewish people.  Some Jewish people don't believe in Jesus so this where the answer becomes No.  To be a Christian is to be a believer in Jesus Christ, God, and The Holy Spirit.  

2.  If there was the Hebrew Faith, then what else was there?   Logical.....

Everything else.  The Bible calls everyone else Gentiles.  You were either a Israelite (God Chosen People) or a Gentile.  

3.  What is Faith?    YASSSS....glad you asked.

A belief that you cannot see (you can't use your physical senses)

A belief in a Spiritual force that demonstrates LOVE and TRUTH

think of this (THIS IS NOT FOR YOU TO TRY):   Faith is like walking across a major highway blindfolded.  Your mind immediately is saying no way because you know the danger crossing it even with your eyes open.  Faith is believing that God will make the cars miss you or not come near you (NOW DON'T DO THIS...THIS IS TO DEMONSTRATE FAITH SO YOU CAN RELATE).  If God can part the Red Sea and let the creatures stay from interfering with the people walking on the dry land, then God can make the impossible in your eyes seem possible too.  The point is that we put so much on our understanding we don't relax our brain to think perhaps God is going to work it out...no we just panic because we see no other option. 

4.  Then why do you recognize a God who is only for Jewish / Israel people?   UPDATE!!!!

When Jesus came, He informed everyone that He is for EVERYONE who believes in Him and accepts Him (This is the GOOD NEWS).  Salvation is here!  Yes, it was first for the Hebrew people (Genesis 12:2) but ACTS 13:42-52 explains it perfectly.

So, you see God is for everyone.  We must move away from manmade religion mindset and focus on God, The Great I AM.... Our Good Shephard.

Do you believe in yourself or the enemy (the fallen angel) which both don't have any authority?  How is that working out for you?

I believe in Jesus Christ.

I believe in God, The Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

I believe Jesus is for everyone who truly believes in Him and accepts Him as His personal Savior.

God's Truth

 As the Holidays approach let's remember God's truth. As society we lean on the tradition of this time being about togetherness and family.  This should be the mindset all year round, however I find it interesting we have to be given required times and seasons to be about our loved ones even the one that gives us grief.  God says He has no greater joy than for us to walk in His Truth.  The truth is God is love and love is kind.  Are we being kind all the time or just when the seasons warrants it?

I pray we grow in the Lord that we walk in His Love .... we walk in His Truth no matter what it looks like.

BE BOLD... in GOD

Hi Everyone!!

I am currently reading this book.  It is a snip of her inside life that we may or may not be able to relate to (life lessons through her experiences), then she has a prayer, and then scriptures.  You can almost treat this book like a daily devotional.  I am reading and listening to everything that will help my prayer life. 

I am seeking God, so I may walk BOLD in God and whatever that looks like for me. Please keep me in prayer as I keep all that read my BLOG in prayer.  God has something special for us!  We have to believe and be obedient and we will see His Blessings.

I Don't Want to Hear it

 Quick Question:  Acts 7:58   Why did the witness laid down their clothes at the feet of young Saul (this was around when people were stoning Stephen)?

We should always rejoice when we hear God's Word even at the times, we don't want to hear it.  When we get like this, where we don't want to hear God's Word, we need to cry out immediately and ask God to remove these fleshy feelings and our way of thinking whatever is blocking you form YOU.  God remove it NOW!  Your Grace is upon my life with Favor.  I repent now for substituting You, like that's an option; NOT on my watch- devil you.don't.win.

Exodus 20:3   Nothing should be place before God.

Never forget:  Trust God.  Believe God. Wait on God.   Make it a daily living habit.  

Regardless God is going to set you up for His purpose does He have to break you down to set you up?

PRAISE HIM! NO MATTER WHAT!  Even in death Stephen Praise God and was concerned for others.  What is interesting Saul didn't want to hear what God was saying to him...until one day when he became a new creature in Christ: Paul...then he never looked back.

Waiting in Your Season

 Hallelujah!!! 

Giving God the Highest Praise.  Uplifting Him up at this moment in this Season because of who He is and what He continues to do in my life and the lives of others around me.  We serve an AWESOME GOD!!!!

2 Corinthians 1:3 

I have a friend who is not feeling well, and she is very impatient in getting herself better.  I smirked. Yes, smirked.  She asked, "What".  I said you will get better when you completely rest.  If you are anxious and consume yourself in trying to get better quickly you may make yourself worse.  I was recently heard something that was like yaaaaaaaaaaassssssss.... " You are in this Season to get seasoned."  We can't rush things; we have to learn how to deal with our situation when we are going through it.  NOW, Know God will set you free from your situation that is weighing you down.    

John 10:10

Father God, we come before thanking you for giving us the strength to wait on you.  Your timing is perfect and on time.  Thank you for renewing our strength when we begin to waver. Thank you for seasoning us!  Clean was not of you!  We know the enemy has no power so God we call on You, the Great I AM.  We are grateful and we continue to give You praise.  Hallelujah!!!

Commanding Your Morning

 Hi... 

I know I have been missing.  Well, as stated before when I felt discouraged.  This time I actually felt a shift in my spiritual life, and I actually have been praying more...so less writing. My Faithful few that read my BLOG... I LOVE YOU BIG time and Declare Blessings over your life!!!

I hope you continue to chime in my BLOG as I take a different turn.  

I am reading a lot ... and I am reading books that will encourage me to stay on the course, don't look back, continue to Look up!!  I am moving into my next level in CHRIST, and I am EXCITED but with a little of anxiety (I am human...but I am rebuking that all over the place).  

I actually may have more entries, but they will be around Prayer and whatever book I am reading at the time.  

This book is AWESOME!!!  It will get you to learn to be mindful of your thoughts and watch what comes out of your mouth. Truly life and death are in the tongue. 

This took me about a week to read and I took notes and I PRAYED... More than I usually do!!

That's the point.  I am tired of saying "yeah God will do it"...no I am claiming it because I am believing it and I am walking in it....

The constant question is why God this and why God that.  Well, if God is so Good then why this happens......?  

Answers:

1. Seek Him:  Learn who God is and what He represents (read, attend church events, listen to sermons, and have discussions). 

2. Find Me:   WORSHIP (Listen, if you don't do anything how do you expect to know him for yourself).  You will have to Pray, Sing, be active in helping others in a Godly manner.  

Looking for God; He will take you as you are and where you are BUT He will not dwell the Enemy resides.

3.  Search Me:   FAST (there something supernatural or/and spiritual happens when you do without the things of the world and sole have to lean on GOD).  He will order you footsteps in His Path.  Surround yourself with people who will fuel your soul for God.  When 2 or more are gathered together GOD is in the midst.  Be intentionally about GOD...everything should work around your time with GOD.  

You will know why God does what He does.  You will begin to understand no matter what it looks like even if it does not appear in your favor, it will turn out for your good.  

Jermiah 29: 11   He knows you so get to know Him.
