The Need to Expand

 No one said this thing called life is easy.  Each day we have to push forward.  What helps is staying in God presence as long as you can.  I am asking myself a lot recently am I doing things to stay in God presence and if not "Why and How Do I Need to Expand?".  That is actually the Messenger tittle on February 13, 2019.  The Messenger went on to say, "One of Believers struggle is our restraint and communication with God. "

What are we doing where we are holding back, preventing ourselves to expand with God? Well, only you can answer that question. Look at your life, your daily work and see how you worship (honor, talk to God, and do whatever you can to enhance His Kingdom).  What do you do?  (Take this time to list what you actually do daily and/or weekly).  

I came up with 12 things and two I have been slacking on.  I kept the list to myself because I did not want to give you a checklist.  Even though our methods might be similar and our direction to where we want to go is the same it does not mean the step within our journey are.  We can't let anything throw us off from God.  We have to remain positive.  We have to always remember LOVE.  1 John 4:8

Pray For and About Everything

 This morning I woke with prayer.  I don't mean "thank you God" and get up and start my day, but actually prayed.  I prayed for others that asked me and I told them I was going to pray for them.  Last night my son asked when we will get our new dog.  I said, "let's pray about it and Monday I will make the call."  Pray about everything.  Pray for everything.  The Messenger on March 15, 2020, said it best, "Don't Move Until You Pray."  We are to pray so we don't have the spirit of doubt. 

2 Samuel 5: 17-19                                

I want Prayer to become a habit before I move on anything, decide on anything (I took a moment and prayed again but more detailed for our family getting a dog(s))

This is what we are to do when we want something and to be aware of something:

• wait on instructions from God- until then...be still
• don't move on emotions but move on strategies
• be aware the enemy will come back to you with something you thought you overcame, gave up, said no too.  We have to be willing to come at the enemy differently.  SWITCH IT UP.... it may be the same valley, but it is a different battle
• enemy likes patterns: don't fall in a repeat level of toxic situations and relationships
• REJOICE!!!!  God will send reinforcements when you stay in the NOW with God

I love Jesus and I thank Him for reopening my eyes and mind.  He reminds us He is here if we still seek Him.

Father God You ae the GREAT I AM

There is no one higher than You and We place our love and trust in You.

Forgive us God for any wrongdoing we may have done and wash us so we can be anew. 

Thank you, God, for your patience and your grace that keeps loving us in spite of ourselves. 

We don't deserve your goodness, but you bless us anyhow.  We are grateful and we give You praise.  Thank you for watching over us and meeting us at the place we open the door to you.  We are expecting a transformation in our lives for greater things.  God, You said taste and see how sweet you are...and so without doubt we pray connecting our being to only YOU.  May you keep us, guide us, and heal us in Jesus Name.  Hallelujah

The Path of God

 Well, I opened up my netbook and the topic on the page is Work Your Plan spoken on September 8, 2019, the Messengers open up with "In order for God to speak we must slow down...God speaks in a still, small voice." 

If this is not a word right here.  All month I have been receiving messages to wait on the Lord.  Yesterday when I went to my conference the President mentioned being overworked- you don't have to do everything (as I snap my fingers).  

So, first we must understand God has a plan and it's better than whatever we come up with.  

Jermiah 29:11

Second, we have to walk in authority of what God has for you.  You align yourself with scriptures you walk in it, through it, on top of it, and without even realizing it you have blessings upon you.  

1 King 19 15-16

Third, breakthrough comes through obedience.  Have you slowed down?  Have you communicated to God? Have you dealt with issue at hand?  Are you bringing old baggage in new situation; Believers that's messy and years of therapy approaching. 

God has a plan so we should expect Him to do things in our life no matter how old you are. 

Proverbs 16:9           Will you let God lead?  Trust Him to work your plan out for your good.

Your Assignment #3

 We live in a world with digital process, a big change from 1970's and 1980's.  Everything is digital.  Like ourselves we don't get to choose our purpose. We begin to unfold and discover our purpose. 

I know change can be uncomfortable and the waiting for things to start correctly or get started can be very frustrating.  This is when we lean on God.  We embrace Him.  We breathe in Him.  We taste Him.  

Philippians 4:19

John 15:5

Encourage yourself!  Make God a Priority!  This is what the Messenger wanted to relay on 10/30/2021.  Stay connected to God.  When you understand life happens regardless of the circumstances arise and you find your peace with God that is when you understood your assignment.
